Responsibilities Provide support to L&D team.
Respond to change requests for content created (eLearnings, Roadmaps, Lesson Guides, etc.
), make edits and resend/ re-upload respectively.
Respond to change requests in Workday and Kahuna and make edits as needed.
Build Programs in Kahuna as job roles are completed by Learning Specialists.
Respond and correct to course/program enrolment issues and historical data edits.
Pull reports as needed.
Work with Kahuna on historical data uploads for department and Competency roles.
Work with Workday data teams to upload historical data for instructor led courses/ programs/ etc.
as needed.
Liaison with departments to collect department historical training and upload to proper folders.
Build courses/programs in Workday as required by Learning Specialists.
Internal instructor led courses External courses Liaison/interface with departments requesting change edits.
Responsible for Admin functions in Workday (LMS), Kahuna (CMS), Articulate (content creation software), and SharePoint Training folders.
Be able to understand the requirements of L&D to the business and adapt to changing needs and priorities.
Be able to understand L&D admin role and responsibilities and execute in a timely manner.
Requirements Must have 4 year degree; Experience with Admin responsibilities.
Proficiency in email communication and strong organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate with departments as needed.
Critical thinking and task management.
Personal skills and key competencies Strong data analytical skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office, including Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Experience using a Learning Management Systemin an admin role (Workday and Kahuna are a plus).
