We are actively looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to become a part of this vibrant team.
Key Requirements- Supervisory Experience - Skills in Data Entry - Computer Proficiency - Knowledge of Eclipse - Strong Communication Skills Key Duties:
- Enter authorized invoices into the Eclipse database.
- As needed or on a scheduled basis, choose invoices for payment according to vendor agreements.
Discuss upcoming payments with the supervisor and carry out approved disbursements.
- Establish automated payments for recurring monthly expenses.
- Respond to vendor questions about the status of payments or any inconsistencies.
- Maintain adherence to the company's travel and expense policies by scrutinizing expense submissions.
- Daily review of new vendor documentation to confirm the accuracy of records.
- Verify the correctness of invoices and forward them for purchasing approval.
- Communicate with Accounts Payable suppliers to modify or correct incoming invoices as necessary.
- Accurately categorize invoices with the appropriate general ledger codes.
- Process invoices in batches, produce associated reports, and balance the accounts to confirm the accuracy of transactions.
